If your package is lost in transit, we will re-ship your package out in 2 business days once we have confirmed with the shipping company that it has been lost. In the rare event of cosmetic damage due to shipping the customer must file a damaged report claim against the shipping company under their name. The seller is not responsible for damages originating from shipping. The shipping company will come out and inspect your package for damages done to your product. You will then be issued money damages based on your repair cost and the shipping companies inspection decision. We will do everything we can to help out the customer in processing and filing the damaged claim, and also direct you to a Tepan 4D can fix your damaged cosmetic part. We shall not be responsible for any losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income. All claims, disputes, or law suites against Tepan 4D. You are agreeing that the complete sell of any merchandise you buy from Tepan 4D Company. There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. We try to keep  our stock pictures up to date, but sometimes there are small improvements made by the manufacturer as Tepan 4D. Please keep in mind these are very small improvements, such as a slightly darker color than shown in the picture. Specifications are supplied by leather supplier, and have not been independently tested Tepan 4D. We do not guarantee delivery time or specific date for your order; do to weather conditions and third party carrier’s ability to deliver the package, unless it is specified in this listing. We only guarantee that your package will be shipped within 5 business days, providing that the customer has supplied us with all the sufficient information and funds to ship the order. Tepan 4D is not responsible for stolen packages once your item is delivered. If a package is delivered to you or on your property, and it is stolen, it is your responsibility to put a trace out on the package from the shipping company, or contact the local authority to report a theft. Please note, that one of our past orders of Mask 1 has been labeled incorrect by the production Tepan 4D company. Some skirts for the helmet have been or may labeled small, medium and large sized. We have identified what skirt helmets have been mislabeled. If you order a skirt for the helmet or others products from us, your skirt may or may not be labeled. The helmet skirt has bees tested to fit  small medium and large size. If it is not, you will receive a small note with your order sheet informing you of this. Please understand, you will still get the correct skirt size you ordered if it is Lx or larger with your order. Understand, that this is only a small portion of helmets skirt that we have in stock in extra large size (Mostly, new skirt models should be fine),if for some reason your skirt Mask 1 it is too short at any part of your skirt, tell us. Describe the problem or take a picture of the specific point, send an email to us and Tepan 4D and send us just the unit in any container, prepaying the shiping return cost. Then it will add more leather at not cost until you be happy with your purchase. Thank you for your understanding. Defective Product. For defective product, a 12 month/1 year (from the purchase date) exchange will be honored. A defective item is defined when the product has a manufacture defect, and because of the defect the product can not operate correctly. If the product was abused or mistreated the warranty will not be honored. We have the right to determine if the product was abused or mistreated beyond its intentional use. If the product is defective before the 12 month/1 Year policy, the buyer must pay to have the item shipped back to us. After we receive the item, we will re-send an exchange item. If we do not have the exact item in stock, we have the right to send a similar item in equal or greater value. If we do not have a similar item, we will issue a full refund. Similar item is defined as same skirt model but different tone black color, or same color but similar model style. We will pay to have the item re-shipped to the buyer. This way the buyer/seller split the cost of shipping for the exchanged item 50/50. Shipping on items is non-refundable. Under no circumstances do we cover return shipping costs on exchanges, defective items, refunds, or damaged items. All RMA's must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment. Email us for more information on the RMA form if is available. You are required to leave us positive feedback on ebay before we will process your RMA. If we receive your RMA, and no positive feedback has been left, then your RMA will be delayed until you do so. This is only to protect us from those of you who want only to leave negative feedback after we have solved any problems you might have. General Product Return. For general returns, after the offered period end, if you are unsatisfied for any reason with a product you receive we will gladly accept the item back within 30 days for a refund (minus shipping & handling costs). All items returned to us will be credited back in the form of the original payment within 3 business days once we receive the item but only shipping cost will reimburse also only if it is specified in the offer at the time of the purchase. Write or email us for more information on the RMA form. You are required to leave us positive feedback on ebay before we will process your exchange/refund. If we receive your RMA, and no positive feedback has been left, then your exchange/refund will be delayed until you do so, only in ebay. You can exchange your skirt for any other different quality leather when pay the difference. (The price may very if we offer different skin leather). The price and leather quality skins will be specified in future adds. so long as it is returned to us unused and in it's original box ($12.50 re-postage charge for this in 48 states). If for any reason you are not happy with your skirt for helmet you can return it to us for a refund (minus $12.50 postage in 48 states)
Please send the item back with a note telling us the reason for return, your full name, address, phone number, email address, Order number etc.
Please give up to 14 business days to process your refund. Please be noted that it may take up to one or two billing cycles to reflect the refund in your credit card statement if you paid by credit card, or you may receive a company check.

Note: Return product must be in original clean condition box with original accessories, Otherwise we will not be ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN OR REFUND. (unless otherwise stated in the adds or the web.)
